Customised CSD500S “Brolga 1”

A standard CSD500 has been completely adapted to working in an acidic tailings pond of pH-value 3. The focus of the customization has been crew safety and materials that last in the challenging environment. The suction dredger flies the Australian flag and has AMSA approval. The owner, Energy Resources of Australia, will start dredging early Q3, 2019.
