Cutter Suction Dredger 450 "Al Thirthar"

Following successful earlier deliveries of Damen CSDs, a series of four more Damen CSDs was contracted for the Iraqi Ministry of Water Resources (MoWR). As the dredgers were available from stock, delivery of the first unit to the exact MoWR specifications took place within just weeks of the order being placed! The dredgers were dismantled and transported by truck to Iraq to join the other four Damen dredgers already in the fleet.
