mbi Coaster 2500 "Union Silver"

As the second in a series, the ‘Union Silver’ was handed over to her owner shortly after the first vessel ‘Heinz G’. She sails for her charterer mainly between Belgian and UK ports. The hold floor has been reinforced to carry heavy steel coils and plates. To minimise water damage, great care was given to the hatch cover system to make sure it was absolutely watertight. The owners report that the vessel is very successful and the crew is satisfied with the spacious and quiet accommodation.
